UGC Notification on Diploma and Certificate Programmes in ODL & Online Mode

As per Regulation 24 of the University Grants Commission (Open and Distance Learning Programmes and Online Programmes) Regulations, 2020 and the UGC Public Notice F.No. 28-1/2024(DEB) Dated 10th January 2025, a University referred to under clause (f) of section 2 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956) and an Institution Deemed to be University under section 3 of the said act, if accorded recognition/ entitlement by UGC to offer Degree and Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) Programmes under ODL and/ or Online mode, can offer Certificate and Diploma level Programmes without the approval of UGC by fulfilling the prescribed conditions.
